01 — A Note from Judy

My mission is simple: help people understand their options, see the possibilities, and confidently move forward.

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, I bring a practical, problem-solving approach to every move. My background in banking, investing, lending, renovating, and real estate means I tend to look at a property from more than one angle, and my clients know they can count on me to tell them what I really think.

As a Broker Associate with eXp Realty and a KREM Institute AI Certified Agent, I combine decades of experience with today’s technology and innovative marketing. But at the heart of my business, I still believe real estate is a relationship business. I love getting to know my clients, understanding what matters to them, and helping them make decisions they’ll feel good about long after closing day.

The Gulf Coast is home for me. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my husband, Lance, and our two Mini Aussies, Brizzie and Ash, probably somewhere near the water, poking around in the garden, playing pickleball, or enjoying the people and places that make the coast feel like home.

How I got here

I didn’t set out to build a career in real estate. I started in banking, and I loved the work: lending, investing, and keeping a steady eye on the numbers. Along the way I renovated real estate of my own, and I kept noticing the same thing: when the people around me faced the biggest financial decisions of their lives, they wanted someone at the table who could talk straight about money and property, even when the answer was hard to hear.

By the time I earned my Mississippi broker license in 2000, helping people move well had become the whole point. More than 20 years and 623+ homes sold later, that practical, problem-solving approach is still what I bring to every client.

Personal Life

Why do I call the Gulf
Coast home?

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my husband, Lance, and our two Mini Aussies, Brizzie and Ash, probably somewhere near the water. We spent years bringing a 1989 Bayliner 4588 back to life together, and there’s little we love more than taking the dogs out on the water and letting the Coast drift by. When we’re not out cruising, we’re poking around in the garden or playing pickleball, soaking in the people and places that make this place feel like home. This is not just where I work, this is my home and I love it here.

What I Believe

What principles guide
every engagement?

01

Your Advocate

I work for you, and I tell you what I really think. Honest answers about value, risk, and whether a property actually fits your life are the whole point.

02

Financial Knowledge

Banking, lending, investing, and renovating are all in my background. That means real numbers and real analysis when they count, not a sales pitch.

03

Gulf Coast Roots

I live where I work. Oak-lined streets, marsh sunsets, and beach mornings are familiar to me in a way no listing script can match. This is home, not just a market.
